Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: email address, sign-in provider, and the identifiers Google returns when you sign in with Google.
• Billing: Stripe customer id and purchase records. Card details never touch our servers; Stripe handles them.
• Requests: the content of each request and response, plus per-request metadata — model, token counts, status code, latency, timestamp and the API key used.
• Technical: IP address and user agent in short-lived server logs for abuse prevention.

How we use it

To operate, bill, secure and improve the service, comply with the law, and contact you about your account. Requests are forwarded to the cloud providers named below, and their own data terms apply to the content they process.

Sub-processors

Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (model inference), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting).

Retention

Request records are kept for 24 months; account data until you delete the account, plus what tax law requires for invoices.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data by emailing support@worldapi.cc. EU/UK residents have the rights set out in the GDPR; California residents those in the CCPA.
