Unused packs
A usage pack that has not been used at all can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Email support@worldapi.cc from the account's email address with the purchase date.
Partially used packs
Usage that has already been served is not refundable. On request we refund the unused remainder of the most recent pack within 14 days of purchase, minus payment-processor fees, provided the account is in good standing.
Service failures
Failed requests (non-2xx responses) are never charged. If a metering error charged you incorrectly, we credit the difference in full.
Suspended accounts
Balances on accounts suspended for violating the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.
Processing
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first result in account closure.
